Fine Vines - Organically Paired

Head to Chow’s Table for a celebration of the finest organically grown and made produce from the South West. Four certified organic wine producers and their head winemakers; House of Cards Winery – Travis Wray, McHenry Hohnen – Jacopo Dalli Cani, Windance Estate – Tyke Wheatley, and Organic and Biodynamic winery Cullens – Andy Barrett-Lennard, partner with South West Chefs Ben Day (Cullen Wines), Brendan Pratt (Coffee Heads), Ben Jacob (Lagoon), and Mal Chow (Chow’s Table). Together they will cast a spotlight on the magic of organic winemaking and farming. Enjoy award winning wine thoughtfully paired with a feast of dishes which champion organic ingredients. A panel discussion and Q&A will be read by acclaimed MC, Max Veenhuyzen, Editor of Gourmet Traveller and writer for Broadsheet.

A night not to be missed with your ticket including canapés and glass of wine on arrival, plus a sit down long table dinner of 4 courses paired with 4 wines, plus all your wine in between courses, an excellent all inclusive dining experience.

Please note that the only dietary that can be catered for at this event is gluten free.
