Building on the momentum of past successes of Mama Sans 'Nom Nom' Kitchen Takeover series comes it's fourth volume featuring our very own Chef Mal Chow.
October 4th Mal will head over to Bali to take over Mama Sans kitchen in Seminyak alongside Chef Will Meyrick.
What makes this event special is the collaboration between Chef Mal Chow and Chef Will Meyrick. During the peak of the pandemic, Chef Will returned to Western Australia, where he spent 3.5 years opening his restaurant, Will Street in Perth, while also forging connections with arrays of talented chefs and local producers. His mission was to bridge the culinary communities of Western Australia and Bali, using some of the finest local produce from the region.
On this special night, both chefs aim to honour the legacies of Asian culinary heritages while introducing new, original techniques that remain authentic to their respective cooking styles.
